    1      head          green cabbage -- shredded
      1/2  head          red cabbage -- shredded
    4                    green onion -- sliced
    1                    Jalapeno pepper -- seeded and diced
      1/4  cup           cilantro -- chopped
    1                    cucumber -- seeded and chopped
    1                    red pepper -- chopped
      1/2  cup           peanuts -- chopped
           ----Dressing  ----
      1/2  cup           oil
      1/4  cup           rice wine vinegar
      1/2  teaspoon      curry powder
    2      tablespoons   sugar
    2                    garlic cloves -- crushed
 
 Mix all of the ingredients for salad together in a large bowl. Whisk
 dressing ingredients together and toss with salad when
 ready to serve.
