                            Passover Fruit Kugel

    1      large   can   crushed pineapple -- drained
    1      can           sliced peaches -- drained
      1/2  cup           raisins
    8                    eggs
      2/3  cup           sugar
      1/2  cup           oil
      3/4  cup           matzo meal
      1/4  cup           pineapple juice
 
 Combine fruits in bowl; set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Add matzo meal, fr
 uit, raisins and pineapple juice. Put in greased 12 x 7-inch pan. Sprinkle with
  cinnamon and nuts, if desired.
