      1/2  C             Lima Beans -- soaked overnite
      1/2  C             White Beans -- small navy, soaked

      1/2  C             Millet, Cooked
      1/2  C             Barley
    1      Tbsp          Fresh Rosemary -- to taste
    1      Tbsp          Fresh Thyme -- to taste
    1      Tsp           Fresh Oregano -- to taste
    1      Tsp           Fresh Sage -- to taste
    1      Tbsp          Nutritional Yeast
   16      Oz            Tomato Sauce
 
 Add all ingredients to crockpot and turn on.  I add salt to it as it is
 served not during the cooking process.
