1lb apples peeled and sliced thin
 1/4 C water
 5   packages Equal
 3/4 tsp brandy extract
 3/4 tsp cinnamon
 Combine all ingredients in a small casserole sprayed with Pam
 and bake 30 minutes at 350 or till tender.
