Quantity of apples breadcrumbs sugar cinnamon nutmeg butter, Not margarine caraway seeds Peel and core apples. slice them into quarters or more. Salt them very lightly and keep them aside. Mix some breadcrumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Melt some butter (yes again to the previous poster, no margerine) When really hot, throw in some caraway seeds. place wet apple slices (wet due to the salt) on crumb mixture turn it around to coat evenly, and when the butter is really hot, throw the apple slices in the butter.
