                   Sheepherder Inn’s Classic Potato Salad

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2      pounds        boiled red potatoes -- sliced
    2      cups          mayonnaise
           pinch         white pepper
                         salt -- to taste
      1/2  cup           chopped white onion
    1      tablespoon    granulated garlic
    4                    hard cooked eggs -- chopped
 
 Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Garnish
 with finely chopped parsley or minced green onions.
 
 Note:  The Sheepherder Inn is a longtime Sacramento, CA restaurant.
