                        GREEN RICE - WEIGHT WATCHERS

    1       c            Uncooked Rice
    2       cn           Cream Of Mushroom Soup
    1       bn           Green Onions -- sliced
      3/4   c            Celery -- sliced
    1       lb           Bag Broccoli -- chopped
    4       tb           Diet Margarine -- (melted)
    8       oz           Shredded Cheese -- (Velveeta

   Combine rice and melted margarine.  Add onions,
   cheese, celery, broccoli (frozen) and soup.  Stir to
   mix.  Place in 2 qt casserole and bake at 350 degrees
   for 1 hour or until rice is cooked (Cover while
   baking).
   
   Makes 8 servings:
   1 bread
   3/4 fat
   1 protein
   1 vegetable
   15 optional calories
   
   210 calories/serving
