       Title: Fried Rice 3
  Categories: Oriental, Rice
       Yield: 6 servings
  
       8    Bacon slices, cut into piece        3 c  Rice, cold, cooked
       1 c  Carrot, shredded or finely c        3 ts Soy sauce
     1/2 c  Onion, chopped                    1/4 ts Salt
     1/2 c  Celery                            1/3 c  Green onion, chopped
     1/2 c  Peas, cooked                   
  
   Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until onion is
   soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1 tbsp at a time.
   Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
   Saute until heated through.  Check for salt. If you are not using soy
   sauce, you may need more salt.
