                        Green Rice - Weight Watchers

    1      Cup           Uncooked Rice
    2      Cans          Cream Of Mushroom Soup
    1      Bunch         Green Onions -- sliced
      3/4  Cup           Celery -- sliced
    1      Lb Bag        Broccoli -- chopped
    4      Tblsp         Diet Margarine -- (melted)
    8      Oz            Shredded Cheese -- (Velveeta works grea
 
 Combine rice and melted margarine.  Add onions, cheese, celery, broccoli
 (frozen) and soup.  Stir to mix.  Place in 2 qt casserole and bake at 350
 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is cooked (Cover while baking).
 
 Makes 8 servings:
         1 bread
         3/4 fat
         1 protein
         1 vegetable
         15 optional calories
