                             Anthe’s Bean Salad

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    3      cans          red kidney beans -- rinsed and drained
      1/4  cup           vegetable oil
    2      small         onions -- finely chopped
    2      tablespoons   sweet pickle relish
      1/2  cup           mayonnaise  (don't use Miracle Whip)
    1      cup           celery -- finely chopped
 
 Combine all ingredients; mix well.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.
