                        Artichoke Hearts with Caviar

    1      8 oz pkg      cream cheese -- softened
    2      tbsp          sour cream
    2      tsp           mayonnaise
    1      tsp           lemon juice
    1      8 1/2 oz can  artichoke hearts -- drained and chopped
    2      tsp           garlic salt
                         Caviar
 
 Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; mix well.  Add a
 rtichoke, onion, and garlic salt; mix well. 
 Shape mixture into a 5-inch mound; flatten slightly and spread caviar on top.  
 Serve with assorted crackers.
