* Exported from MasterCook * Corn Salad Recipe By : Newspaper Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads And Dressings Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 16 oz can whole kernel corn -- drained 1/2 c (2 oz) cheddar OR swiss cheese -- cut in 1/4″ cubes 1/4 c chopped green bell pepper 1/4 c chopped onion 1/4 c chopped cucumber 1/4 c sweet pickle relish 1/2 c Thousand island salad dressing lettuce In bowl combine drained corn, cheese cubes, green pepper, onion, cucumber, and pickle relish.
