                      Dilled Zucchini and Carrot Salad

      1/3  c             salad oil
      1/2  c             lemon juice
    1 1/2  tsp           salt
    1 1/2  tsp           onion powder
    1      tsp           dill weed
      1/4  tsp           ground black pepper
    4      c (3 med)     zucchini -- sliced
    1 1/4  c             shredded carrots -- (2 med)
      1/2  c             sliced ripe olives
      1/3  c             chopped pimiento
 
 In a small covered jar, combine oil, lemon juice, salt, onion powder, dill weed
  and black pepper.  Cover and shake well.  In a large bowl, combine zucchini, c
 arrots, olives and pimiento; toss gently.  Pour about 1/4 cup dressing for futu
 re use.
