       9 oz frozen artichoke hearts
       2 t  olive oil
       2 t  fresh lemon juice
       1    radicchio
     1/2 c  fresh basil leaves
     1/4 c  parmesan cheese
 
 cook artichoke hearts according to package directions rinse in cold water
 and drain well
 combine with olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl-mix well allow to
 marinate for 15 minutes
 add remaining ingredients-toss to mix well
 serve at room temperature
