                          Tex-Mex Chili Bean Salad

   16      ounces        kidney beans, canned -- rinsed and drained
   16      ounces        pinto beans, canned -- rinsed and drained
   16      ounces        garbanzo beans, canned -- rinsed and drained
   16      ounces        no-added salt whole kernal corn -- drained
      1/2  cup           chopped green bell pepper
      1/2  cup           chopped green onions
      1/2  cup           chopped red bell pepper
      1/4  cup           chopped parsley
    1      cup           chopped celery
    4      ounces        green chiles -- diced
                         Dressing
    2      tablespoons   olive oil
      1/4  cup           vinegar
    1      clove         garlic -- minced
    1      teaspoon      chili powder
      1/2  teaspoon      cilantro
    1      teaspoon      oregano
      1/4  teaspoon      ground cumin
      1/8  teaspoon      tabasco sauce
 
 Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.  Mix all the dressing
 ingredients together.  Pour dressing over salad, mix well, and chill 8
 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
 Serving size = 1 cup.
