       Title: Double Mango and Habanero Salad

       Yield: 6 servings
 
       1    mango
       1    mango, (green)
       2 ea habanero chiles; seeded and 
            -chopped
       2 ea shallots; finely chopped
     1/2 c  fresh cilantro; chopped
       1 tb Thai fish sauce
       1 ea lime juice (fresh); one lime
       2 ts sugar
       1 pn salt
 
   Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin strips.
    Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
