                           Mandarin Chicken Salad

    4                    Schwan’s Unbreaded Chicken Breast Filets -- thawed
    2      cups          Schwan’s Sugar Snap Peas
    1      package       romaine salad greens -- 10oz
    1      bottle        honey mustard dressing -- 10 to 12 ounces
    1      can           mandarin oranges -- 11oz,drained
    1      cup           wide style chow mein noodles
 
 1. Put thawed Unbreaded Chicken Breast Filets in a large bowl and pour 1/3
 cup of salad dressin over meat; turn pieces with tongs to cover all sides.
 Cook chicken in a medium frying pan according to package directions.
 
 2. Prepare Sugar Snap Peas according to package directions. Dreain in a
 colander and rinse peas with cold water until they are cool to touch.
 
 3. Put salad greens in large bowl. Add the rest of the bottled dressing,
 mandarin oranges and cooked Sugar Snap Peas. Mix together.
 
 4. Divide salad mixture among 4 plates. Lay a cooked chicken breast on top
 of each salad. Sprinkle each salad with a handful of chow mein noodles.
