           Tossed Green Salad (With Oranges, Avocados And Onions)

                         Dressing:
    2      Tbsp.         mild cider vinegar
    2      Tsp.          grated orange rind
    2      Tbsp.         fresh orange juice
      1/4  Tsp.          dry mustard
    1      Tbsp.         fresh lemon juice
      1/2  Tsp           salt
                         fresh ground pepper to taste
      1/2  C.            salad oil
                         Salad:
    2      Large         seedless oranges
    1      Medium        Bermuda onion
    1      Large Head    romaine lettuce
    1      Large Head    Boston lettuce
    1      Large         avocado
      1/2  Head          iceberg lettuce
 
 Dressing: Combine all ingredients and shake well.
 Salad: Pare oranges; remove all white parts. Peel
 avocado, slice into pieces same size as oranges. Peel onion,
 slice thin. Separate into rings. Combine oranges, onion and
 avocado. Pour dressing over mixture. Chill covered for
 several hours or overnight. Tear cleaned greens into bite size
 pieces. Add chilled fruit and onion mixture. Toss gently.
 Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
