       Title: Frozen Blushing Salad
  Categories: Appetizers, Salads, Fruits
       Yield: 8 Servings
 
       1    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
     1/3 c  Granulated sugar
       1 c  Crushed pineapple with juice
       1    10 oz. pkg. frozen straw
            -berries, thawed
       1 c  Whipping cream ( or 1 env.
            -topping)
 
   Have cream cheese at room temperature.  Add sugar and
   mix well to dissolve.  Add pineapple and strawberries.
   Stir and mash with fork.  It will be a bit lumpy.
 
   Whip cream until stiff.  Fold into fruit.  Pour into
   ring mold or soup cans.  Freeze. Cover to store.
   Unmold ring on plate.  If in cans, remove bottom end
   and push salad out on plate.  Slice.  Serves 8-10
