       4 lg apples; core, coarse chop
       2 tb lemon juice
       1 pk success white or brown rice;
            - cooked
       1    stalk celery; chopped
     1/2 c  walnuts; chopped
     1/2 c  raisins
     1/4 c  sour cream
     1/4 c  mayonnaise
     1/4 c  low-fat vanilla yogurt
 
   In bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add cooked                          
   rice, celery, walnuts and raisins. Mix sour cream,                         
   amyonnaise, and yogurt. Add to rice mixture and mix                        
   well. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
