                        Easy Steak and Spinach Salad

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

      1/2  to 1 pound    leftover rare steak -- sliced thin
    2      to 3 cups     washed, torn, fresh spinach
    2      cups          lettuce (Boston, Romaine, Butter Crunch -- torn
    3      to 6          mushrooms -- sliced
    3                    green onions -- sliced diagonally
      1/4  cup           oil
    2      tablespoons   red wine vinegar
      1/4  teaspoon      salt
      1/4  teaspoon      pepper
    1      clove         garlic -- finely chopd
    1      to 2 tsp.     sesame seeds
 
 Slice beef into bite-size pieces. Wash and dry greens. place greans in bowl
 with mushrooms. In bottle, combine oil, wine vinegar, salt and pepper,
 garlic and minced onion. Shake to combine. Let sit. Add beef to greens.
 Pour on dressing. Toss and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
