      1/4  cup           Dijon mustard
      1/4  cup           mayonnaise
      1/2  packet        sugar substitute
    1      tablespoon    lemon juice
      1/2  teaspoon      salt
    1      medium        cabbage (3 cups) -- shredded
 
 In a medium to large bowl, combine all ingredients except cabbage.  Add shredded
cabbage and toss well.
 
 (Chilling salad prior to serving allows flavors to blend and enhances slaw for
best flavor.)
