    2      cup           Carrots -- grated
    1      cup           Crushed pineapple -- drained &
                         -unsweetened
      1/2  cup           Raisins
    8      ounce         Yogurt -- plain & lo-fat
    7                    Lettuce leaves -- optional
 
 Combine carrots, pineapple, and raisins; mix well.
 chill for 2-3 hours Stir in yogurt, and serve on a lettuce leaf, if desired.
