                           Asparagus With Cashews

    1 1/2  Lb.           asparagus
    2      Tbsp.         butter or half oil
      1/4  C.            raw cashews
    1      Tbsp.         lemon juice
      1/4  Tsp.          salt
      1/2  Tsp.          dried chervil or
                         parsley
 
 Trim asparagus and break into 1 to 1 1/2-inch lengths.
 Heat butter in wok or skillet over medium-high heat and saute
 quickly until they just begin to color. Don't overcook. Add
 asparagus and stir-fry 5 minutes. Asparagus should remain
 crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
