ASPARAGUS WITH LEMON MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE
 
 1 1/2 lbs.  Fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed
     1 sml.  red onion, thinly sliced
     2 t.    Lemon & Pepper seasoning
     1 T.    Country-style Dijon mustard
     1 t.    Red-wine vinegar
   1/2 t.    Sugar
   1/4 c.    Olive or Vegetable oil
 
 Steam or boil asparagus 7-10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
 Rinse with cold water. Place asparagus on large platter and top with
 red onion.
 Combine remaing ingredients.
 Drizzle over asparagus and serve.
 
 Makes 4-6 servings.
