                          Cabbage in Caraway Cream

    2      tablespoons   butter
    1      small head    cabbage -- coarsely chopped
    1      teaspoon      salt
    1      clove         garlic -- minced
    1      teaspoon      caraway seeds
    1      teaspoon      sugar
    1 1/2  tablespoons   vinegar
      1/2  cup           sour cream
 
 Heat the butter in a skillet. Add the cabbage, salt, and garlic and 
 stir well. Cover tightly and steam ten minutes.  Add the caraway 
 seeds, sugar, and vinegar and mix well.  Stir in the sour cream and 
 serve immediately.
