    1      cup           cream corn
    1      cup           whole kernel corn -- drained
    8      ounces        sour cream
    1      box           Jiffy corn bread mix
    1      stick         margarine -- melted
    1                    egg
 
 Mix together. Cook at 400 degrees until golden brown. Approx. 50 minutes. Note:
  I like to cut the fat whenever possible. To do that: use fat free sour cream o
 r fat free plain yogurt. I also cut the butter down to 1/2 stick with no proble
 ms.
