                               Monterey Corn

    1      Medium        green pepper -- chopped
    3      Tbsp.         margarine
      1/8  Tsp.          black pepper (1/4 tsp. if like hotter)
    1      Bag           frozen whole kernel corn or 1 (1 lb.) -- (1 lb.)
    1      Can           corn -- drained
    1      Small         onion -- chopped (1/4 c.)
    1      Tsp.          salt (less if using canned corn)
    3      Tbsp.         water (water off corn if using canned
                         corn)
 
 Saute green pepper and onion in margarine in skillet
 until tender. Stir in corn, salt, pepper and water; cover and
 cook over low heat, stirring 1 or 2 times until corn is done.
