                               Scalloped Corn

    1      Can           cream-style corn*
      1/2  C.            milk
      1/2  Tsp.          salt
      1/4  C.            cornflakes or cereal crumbs
      1/4  C.            Cheddar cheese
                         onion powder to taste
 
 *May use fresh corn or frozen corn.
 Cook corn in microwave. If using fresh or frozen corn,
 cook with 2 to 3 tablespoons water. Combine corn, milk, egg,
 onion powder and cereal crumbs. Place in casserole dish. Bake
 in microwave on Medium or Slow cook for 15 to 18 minutes or
 until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. You may
 wish to turn the casserole dish halfway through cooking.
 Serves 4.
