       Title: Brown Buttered Corn with Basil

       Yield: 2 Servings
  
       1 tb Unsalted butter
   1 1/2 c  Fresh corn (cut from 3 ears)
     1/2 c  Finely shredded fresh basil
            -leaves
  
   In a skillet heat the butter over moderately high heat
   until the foam subsides, and in it saute the corn,
   stirring, for 4 minutes, or until it is browned
   partially.  Remove the skillet from the heat and stir
   in the basil an salt and pepper to taste.  Typed in
