                        SESAME GREEN BEANS & PEPPERS

    1       lb           Fresh green beans
    1       md           -size red bell pepper
                         -red or yellow maybe sub
                         -cut in 1/4 strips
    2       tb           Toasted seasmae seeds
    1       t            Sesame oil
 
   Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2
   minutes.  Drain and rinse under cold water.  Place in
   a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with
   remaining ingredients. Food Exchange per serving: 1
