       Title: MUSTARD BEANS

       Yield: 6 servings
  
       4 lb Green beans
       3 c  Sugar
     1/2 c  Flour
     1/2 c  Mustard
       1 tb Celery Seed
       1 tb Tumeric
       3 c  Wine vinegar
  
   Wash and cut beans in pieces and boil in salted water
   until tender. Make a sauce of other ingredients by
   boiling until thick. Pour this over the beans, mix
   well and bottle
