                       Green Beans The Kids Will Eat

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1      can           cut green beans -- drained (16-oz.)
    1      can           diced tomatoes with green chiles -- (mild) (10-oz.)
      1/2  tablespoon    butter
    2      tablespoons   olive oil
    2      cloves        garlic -- minced (2 to 3)
      1/4  cup           onions -- diced
    4      tablespoons   italian seasoned breadcrumbs -- crushed
    4      tablespoons   parmesan cheese -- grated
 
 Heat butter and olive oil in skillet over medium heat.	Saut‚ garlic and onions 
 until onions are transparent.
 
 Add drained cut green beans and saut‚.	After beans are coated with butter and o
 live oil, add diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes (or until ready to serve
 ).
 
 Just before serving, sprinkle saut‚ed green beans with about a tablespoon each o
 f breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, to taste.
