1 lb. medium sized mushrooms
 4 Tbs. fresh parsley - chopped
 2 cloves fresh garlic - chopped
 4 Tbs. unseasoned bread crumbs
 4 Tbs. olive oil
 juice of 1 lemon
 salt and pepper to taste
 
 Mix everything together.  Place serving sized portions on parchment
 squares, fold edges to seal.  Place parchment bundles on a baking sheet and
 bake at 375 degrees F. for 7 to 8 minutes.  Serve hot.
 Makes about 6 servings.
