       Title: Stuffed Mushrooms

       1 lb mushrooms
       2 tb margarine
     1/4 c  onion, chopped
     1/2 sm green pepper,chopped 1/4 cup
   1 1/2 c  bread crumbs
     1/4 ts salt
     1/4 ts pepper
       1 tb margarine
 
   Heat oven to 350. Remove stems from mushrooms. Finely chop enough          
   stems to measure 1/3 cup. Heat 2 T margarine in skillet over medium        
   heat. Cook chopped stems, onion, pepper, about 4 minutes. Stir in          
   bread crumbs and spices.                                                   
                                                                              
   Heat 1 T margarine in shallow baking pan until melted. Fill mushroom       
   caps with mixture. Place mushrooms filled side up in pan. Bake 15          
   minutes. Serve hot.
