       Title: Skillet Potatoes with Olives

       Yield: 2 Servings
  
       1 tb Butter or margarine
       1 c  Refrigerated sliced home-
            -fries or diced potatoes
       2 tb Coarsely chopped red onion
     1/4 ts Peppered seasoned salt
       2    To 4 tablespoons sliced
            -pimiento-stuffed olives
  
   Melt butter in medium nonstick skillet over medium
   heat.  Add potatoes, onion and seasoned salt.  Cook 6
   to 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly
   browned, stirring occasionally.
   
   Stir in olives.  Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 2 to
   4 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring
   occasionally.  Serves 1 ( 1 cup) servings. Typed in
