      1/4  pound         Butter -- (melted)
    1      tablespoon    Heaping parsley
      1/4  cup           Oil
    1      teaspoon      Crushed red peppers
    2      Cloves        -- minced garlic
      1/4  cup           Parmeson cheese
    1      Medium        onion -- chopped
 
 3-4	ea potatoes; (cut in quarters) In casserole add butter, oil, garlic,
onions and potatoes. Stir ingredients Sprinkle parsley, peppers, cheese and salt
Bake 1 her at 350, might take longer. Potatoes should be crispy.  Good luck!
