2 lbs Red Potatoes 
 1 tsp Minced Garlic
 2 Tbsp Pickapeppa Sauce
 1/2 tsp dried Basil Leaves
 Spanish Olive Oil
 Salt and Pepper
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 Quarter the potatoes leaving the skins on.  Place in a bowl and add the 
 garlic, Pickapeppa sauce, and basil.  Add enough olive oil to fully coat 
 the potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste and blend all of the ingredients 
 using your hands.  
 Place potatoes in a foil-lined loaf pan and cover top with foil.
 Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
