       Title: Lemon Parsleyed Potatoes
  Categories: Side dishes, Vegetables
       Yield: 8 servings
  
   1 1/2 lb Potato; tiny new  or medium
     1/4 c  Parsley
       1 tb Lemon juice
  
   Scrub potatoes.and cook until tender; drain.  Place in serving bowl,
   keep warm. Meanwhile,  melt butter, stir in parsley and lemon juice.
   Pour over potatoes and stir lightly to coat.
