                           Sweet Potato Fritters

    2      C.            mashed sweet potatoes
      1/2  C.            flour
    1      Tsp.          salt
    2                    eggs
      1/2  Tsp.          cinnamon
      1/4  Tsp.          cloves for pumpkin
                         fritters
 
 Combine all ingredients in the order in which they are
 listed. Beat thoroughly. Fry in hot oil. Drain on paper
 towels. These are a very nutritious after school snack. The
 recipe may be changed to pumpkin fritters by changing the sweet
 potatoes to pumpkin.
