1 can (16 oz) small sweet potatoes cut into 1/2 cubes
         we used 2 medium sweet potatoes
 1/4 cup honey
 1.5 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
         we used rehydrated minced--
         maybe that’s why it was so strong (in pockets)!
 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
 Combine all ingredients.  Bake in 8x8 baking dish at 400^F for 20 minutes.
 The original recipe called for 1 tablespoon olive oil and a non-stick-sprayed 
 baking dish, neither of which we used.  No sticking, no problems.
