                                Zucchini Fries

     4      Cups          Zucchini -- cut like french frie
       1/2  Cup           Vegetable Oil
     1      Teaspoon      Soy Sauce
                          Onion Salt
  
   Heat oil and add zucchini, tossing gently until slightly tender.  Sprinkle
  with soy sauce and season with onion salt. Serve hot.
