                             Herman Coffe Cake

    1      tablespoon    Mayonnaise
    2      cups          Flour
    1      cup           Chocolate chips
    1 1/2  teaspoons     Cinnamon
    1      cup           Nuts
    2      teaspoons     Baking powder
    1      teaspoon      Cinnamon
      1/2  teaspoon      Baking soda
    1      cup           Brown sugar
      2/3  cup           Oil
      1/4  cup           Melted butter
 
 Bake in a 350 oven for at least 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients and put in 
 greased 9 x 13 pan and top with the topping mixture.
