                          SAUSAGE BRUNCH CASSEROLE

    1       lb           Sausage
   13       oz           Can Pet Evaporated milk
    1 1/2                Slices bread,cubed
    5                    Eggs
    2       c            Cheddar cheese,grated
                         Salt and pepper to taste.
 
   Prepare evening before.Cook sausage & drain thoroughly
   on paper towels.Beat the eggs & evaporated milk
   slightly.Add sausage,cubed bread & cheddar cheese.Pour
   into 9 x 9 casserole.Cover with foil.Refrigerate
   overnight.Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm
   in a preheated 350 degree oven. Onions,green peppers &
   mushrooms can also be added.
