                           Sausage Supper Squares

    1      lb            Breakfast Sausage
    2      c             pancake mix -- prepared
    1 1/2  c             milk
    2                    eggs -- lightly beaten
    2      tbsp          butter -- melted
    1      12 oz can     corn  or
    1 1/2  c             frozen corn
                         maple syrup
 
 In a skillet, over medium heat, cook sausages 10 minutes, turning once 
 until browned. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs and 
 butter; stir gently just to moisten. Stir in corn. Pour into 9 x 13 inch 
 (3L) greased baking dish. Lay sausage on top. Bake in a 350 degree F oven 
 for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and drizzle with maple syrup.
