                         Turkey Casserole a la Sams

    1      pound         turkey light meat, skinless -- cooked and cubed
   24      ounces        evaporated skimmed milk
      1/4  cup           flour
    1      cup           water
    2      packages      Turkey Gravy Powder McCormick
    2      medium        carrots -- julienned
      1/4  cup           mixed dried vegetables
    4      ounces        mushrooms -- sliced
      1/4  cup           parmesan cheese
      1/2  teaspoon      garlic salt
      1/2  cup           bread crumbs
   12      ounces        no-yolks noodles - -- cooked and drained
 
 Dice turkey and set aside
 
 In 3 qt sauce pan mix flour, evaporated skim milk, dried vegetables, 
 carrots,
 mushrooms, and turkey gravy mix, cook over medium heat stirring constantly
 until thickened.
 
 Cook and drain noodles, mix with turkey and sauce.  Mix bread crumbs,
 garlic salt and parmesan cheese.  Top casserole with the parmesan
 cheese and bread crumb mixture.
 
 Bake at 350 for 30 minues or until the top turns golden brown.
