       Title: Tex-Mex Bake

       Yield: 6 Servings
  
       2 c  Crushed corn chips
       1    Egg, beaten
       2 tb Water
       1    Envelope Onion Recipe Soup-
            -mix
       1    Can (4 oz) chopped green -
            Chilies, drained
       1 lb Lean ground beef
       1 c  Shredded Monterey Jack -
            Cheese, divided
       1    Can (8 oz) tomato sauce
       1    Medium green bell pepper -
            Chopped
  
   Combine corn chips, egg and water in medium bowl.
   Pess onto bottom and up side of 9 inch pie plate or
   casserole.  Combine soup mix, chilies, ground beef and
   1/2 cup of the cheese in large bowl.  Press evenly
   into prepared crust.  Top with tomato sauce and green
   pepper.  Bake in preheated 350F oven 30 minutes.
   Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.  Bake 5
   minutes more until cheese is melted and beef is done.
