                            Zucchini with cheese

    1 1/2  pounds        zucchini
      1/4  cup           flour
    1 1/2  teaspoons     salt
    1 1/2  teaspoons     dried oregano
      1/4  teaspoon      pepper
      1/4  cup           olive or salad oil
    1      cup           sour cream
      1/2  cup           parmesan cheese -- grated
                         Tomato slices
 
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease 8 x 8 x 2 dish.  Scrub
 zucchini.  Cut croswise in 1/4 inch slices.  Combine flour with salt,
 oregano, and pepper.  Toss slices in seasoned flour to coat well.  Slowly
 heat oil in large heavy skillet.  Saute zucchini until brown.  Drain.
 Place zucchini in bottom of dish.  Add tomato slices on top of zucchini.
 Sprinkle a little more oregano and salt in sour cream and spread over
 tomatoes.  Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.  Bake 30-35 minutes until
 cheese melts.
