                           Sweet Potato Pork Bake

    1      can           chicken bouillon -- (10 3/4 oz.)
    2 1/2  tablespoons   flour -- (or 1 T. cornstarch)
    1 1/2  cups          cooked -- cubed center cut
                         -- pork
      1/8  teaspoon      pepper
    1      cup           baked -- cubed sweet potato
      1/4  cup           chopped onion
    1      cup           green peas
    2                    refrigerator biscuits -- uncooked
 
 Thicken bouillon with flour.  Mix all ingredients, except biscuits, and place i
 n casserole dish.  Bake at 400 degrees F.  for 20 minutes.  Slice biscuits in h
 alf and flatten with hand.  Remove casserole from oven and top with biscuits; r
 eturn to oven and bake until biscuits are brown, about 15 minutes.
