   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2      cans          tuna
      1/2  cup           green onion -- chopped
    1      tablespoon    butter
      1/2  cup           water chestnuts -- sliced
    2      teaspoons     slivered fresh or candied ginger
    2      cups          sour cream
                         salt and pepper to taste
                         Hot cooked rice
 
 Drain tuna oil into pan, add onion and butter, and cook until wilted. 
 Add tuna, broken into large flakes, water chestnuts, ginger, sour 
 cream, and salt and pepper to taste. Heat (DO NOT BOIL) over low heat.
  Serve over or with rice mixed.
 
 Tootie Notes: This is not at it’s best if you do not use the ginger. 
 Please, get some fresh ginger if you can and give this a try. Very 
 good!
